What deadlines should be kept in mind and tracked?

Remember the age deadlines; timing is crucial! Applicants must be under 18 or 21 (dependent on state) in order to obtain the juvenile court order, and they must be under 21 when the SIJS application is submitted to USCIS. Note that it is ok if the applicant turns 21 after the SIJS application has been filed to USCIS.
